Bosque County Museum

Bosque County is home to the Paleo-American Horn Shelter site discovered in 1970 and replicated in a special exhibit inside the Bosque Museum. The exhibit features new interactive elements that allow visitors to explore the burial site of an adult man and young girl dating back approximately 11,700 years. An interactive touchscreen and multi-media presentation give guests a unique view into the shelter’s amazing past.
